3. Eligibility and Age Requirement
Access to the offline poker lounge and dedicated card room is restricted to guests 18 years and over in compliance with Australian regulations. The Wildcard Kitchen reserves the right to request valid identification at any time to confirm eligibility.
Guests under 18 may dine in appropriate restaurant areas at the discretion of venue management but are not permitted to enter or remain in the dedicated card room or participate in activities at custom poker tables.

4. Reservation Policies
Restaurant table bookings and card room seat reservations require accurate information and cooperation with our staff regarding confirmation, arrivals, and table chip allocations. When placing a reservation through our Reserve Table & Chips page or contacting us via the Contact Us page, you agree to provide up-to-date details for all attending guests.
No-shows or late arrivals may result in canceled reservations, shortened seating times, or reassignment of tables and card room seats to other guests. Where possible, you should notify the venue in advance if your plans change so our team can adjust table and chip arrangements.
Seat allocation within the offline poker lounge and dedicated card room, including the distribution and collection of table chips, is managed solely by The Wildcard Kitchen and its pro dealers. We may adjust seating to support operational efficiency and guest experience.
5. Table Chips and Culinary Rewards
Participation in any scheduled card room events or chip tournaments is strictly for recreational purposes. Collectible poker chips and culinary rewards are the only incentives offered. Sessions remain recreational chip-only experiences under any circumstances, ensuring compliance with hospitality regulations and The Wildcard Kitchen's venue standards.
All use of table chips is symbolic and experience-based. Chips may be used to track progress in chip tournaments or featured card room formats, but they remain table markers within the venue — never transferable assets beyond the felt.
Culinary rewards may include featured dishes, tasting platters, beverage pairings, or other food-and-beverage-based experiences curated by The Wildcard Kitchen. Availability and specifics of these rewards may vary per event and are subject to change without notice.
6. Professional Conduct and Etiquette
All guests are expected to maintain respectful decorum toward staff, fellow diners, and pro dealers in the dedicated card room and across the wider venue. Unsportsmanlike behavior, disruptive language, or aggressive conduct may result in removal from the premises or restricted participation in the offline poker lounge.
Etiquette at our custom poker tables includes following table instructions from pro dealers, handling collectible poker chips responsibly, and respecting the pacing of card room events. Guests must not attempt to manipulate, mark, or remove chips or cards from the designated play areas.
The Wildcard Kitchen may suspend or permanently restrict an individual's access to the offline poker lounge, dedicated card room, or specific events if repeated breaches of conduct or etiquette occur.
